I've lived in many places all over the world (and I'm 60 years old) and Dallas was the worst of them - the nastiest people in the world.
Excellent post! My focus has always been on privacy and the 4th Amendment but, you have got me to begin to reconsider if the 9th would not be as effective an Amendment to argue for the right to privacy as the 4th.
Hmm, I've some pondering to do.
