Another lie. Taking away the subsidies Bush gave the insurance companies from medicare will not take away from medicare, it gives it back what was rightfully medicare's in the first place. Way more efficient than paying a middle man.
There are provisions to add and incentivize Doctors to choose more social friendly practices. Have you read the bill? Don't we need more local family Doctors anyway? Can we survive with just a bunch of specialists for the rich?
