Puerto Rico – We urge Congress to call for a vote in Puerto Rico to decide between statehood and independence.

Washington D.C. - We strongly oppose making the District of Columbia a state.

Flag Desecration – Any form of desecration of the American Flag is an act of disregard for our nation and its people and penalties should be
established for such.
Individuals must put their hand over their hearts during the Pledge of Allegiance.
Texas Sodomy Statutes - We oppose the legalization of sodomy. We demand that Congress exercise its authority granted by the U.S. Constitution
to withhold jurisdiction from the federal courts from cases involving sodomy.

Age of Consent - We support raising the age of consent for consensual sex to 18 years.

Sexual Assault – We urge the Legislature to eliminate from the child sexual assault law the “affirmative defense” when there is less than

Theories of Origin – We believe theories of life origins and environmental theories should be taught as scientific theory, not scientific law.

Equality of All Citizens – We deplore all discrimination. We also deplore forced sensitivity training and urge repeal of any mandate requiring it. We
urge immediate repeal of the Hate Crimes Law.

Capital Punishment – Properly applied capital punishment is legitimate, is an effective deterrent, and should be swift and unencumbered.
Kill a criminal for Christ.
Government Services – We support privatization of government services when beneficial to the taxpayer.
Inividuals have to pay extra to get the sevices they want.
Tax Deduction for Private and Home school – We support a federal tax deduction for expenses incurred for all private and home schooling.
Take from the poor, and give to the rich.
Alternative Energy Sources – We strongly support creation of new technologies and markets wherein the U.S.A. can pursue real energy
independence, but we oppose subsidizing alternative fuel production.
Big'Oil, and Big'Oil only, will get welfare.
Workers’ Compensation - We urge the Legislature to resist making Workers’ Compensation mandatory for all Texas employers.

Minimum Wage – We believe the Minimum Wage Law should be repealed.
