No War Without a Draft

And I don't mean the draft of old, were the privileged got deferments or cushy non-combat jobs back in the states; a fair draft, were all who are healthy, rich and poor, participate. What, you don't want to fight for your country? Do you think your privileged? Are there those who are so pompous as to believe they are above sacrifice? Come on! There will be a lottery 'n shit, it'll be fun!

There would be a lot less chickenhawk squawking, and that alone is a good enough reason to bring back the draft. There would be no more "feel good" wars started like Iraq. No more chickenshit war posers thumping their chests.

We are going to war with Iran and N. Korea soon. There is not enough volunteers to fill the ranks, there will have to be a draft. I bet all those "tough guys" who say negotiating with our enemies is pointless change their tune. I bet the Coast Guard will have no trouble finding "tough guys" to recruit.
