Were Chemical Weapons used in Baghdad Today?

Forbes is reporting that "an Al-Qaeda linked Sunni group in Iraq said it used chemical weapons to attack targets in Baghdad today." The group calls themselves the Army of the Victorious Community. The article says the interior ministry reported two shells hit the green zone but has no casualty report yet. This is not on CNN or Drudge yet so I'm skeptical. More scare tactics I'm sure, but there must be a gleam in the eyes' of wingnuts. I can here them now..."see, there were WMD!"
