Brownie blames the victims

Michael Brown says the system worked, in Mississippi and Alabama. But you will have to ask the leadership in Louisiana why the system broke down there. He says no help was asked for in Orleans Perish, and it "astonished" him the governor did not include the perish where New Orleans resides in the disaster relief request.

Well, that's perjury Mr. Brown, disaster relief was requested for the entire state. My guess is that Orleans and the surrounding perishes were left out because they did not vote Bush, and the governor being a Demarcate didn't help.

Brown was grilled today by mostly Republicans, and most hammered him pretty hard. He was asked "how do you sleep at night" and told "thank goodness your not in charge anymore." But Brown was a bulldog and fought back. He simply refused to take responsibility. He was arrogant and confrontational. Director of Home Land Security Chertoff said "Brown speaks for himself." Republican Senator from Louisiana David Vitter described Browns testimony as "laughable" and compared it to Enron criticising Tyco for their business practices.

This moron is typical of the Bush administration. Pathetic.
