In Crawford, when it rains...it pores!

Don’t you hate bad vacations? No relaxation, no fun, just problem after inescapable problem. President Bush is having one of those bad vacations. Only 8 days into his holiday in Crawford, there have been 34 US deaths in Iraq. Newsweek is reporting that "in a forthcoming book, the CIA field commander for the agency's Jawbreaker team at Tora Bora, Gary Berntsen, says he and other U.S. commanders did know that bin Laden was among the hundreds of fleeing Qaeda and Taliban members." Isn't that what John Kerry said? And now Cindy Sheehan, whose son Casey was killed in Iraq, is camped out near Bush's ranch and plans to stay for his entire vacation. She wants him to answer questions like "Why did you kill my son?" And "What did my son die for?" Funny how hard it is to run away from your problems, especially when your PRESIDENT!
